Jennifer did a phenomenal job with the listing and sale of our home. We have relocated to several places due to my husband’s job and have experienced a range of realtors. Jennifer sets herself apart. Jennifer is very professional and friendly. She always made us feel that we were her priority. Jennifer spent a lot of time helping us get our house ready for market. She advised us on how we could spend a little bit of money on key “curb appeal” type items and I truly believe it made a huge difference in the timing and sales price we got for the house. We moved to Florida shortly after listing our house and I cannot say enough about how Jennifer went the extra mile keeping our house and yard in show condition. I was so impressed with Jennifer’s negotiation skills. I was ready to take our first offer, as it was close to asking price. However, she felt that we could get full ask and was able to make it happen! She took the stress out of being an out-of-town seller and I would highly recommend her.
